Heavy Rainfall in South Texas; Pacific Storm Moves into the Pacific Northwest

Thunderstorms may bring heavy to excessive rainfall and the potential for flooding over South Texas late Wednesday through Friday. A Moderate Risk (level 3 of 4) of excessive rainfall has been issued for portions of South Texas. A Pacific storm will begin to impact the Pacific Northwest Wednesday, bringing strong winds, heavy showers and the potential for severe thunderstorms. Read More >

Welcome to the Western Region Headquarters Integrated Services Division

 

The Integrated Services Division (ISD) provides support to the Western Region field offices by:

  • providing operational IDSS guidance 
  • managing the WR Regional Operations Center (WR ROC)
  • managing regional programs on weather, water, and climate 
  • providing guidance on the implementation and interpretation of national policies and procedures 
  • developing regional policies and guidance 

The Integrated Services Division consists of both the Operations Branch and the Services Branch.
