Strong Winds and Heavy Precipitation for the Northwest U.S.; Rain and Storms Along the Gulf Coast and Florida

An atmospheric river event continues for the Pacific Northwest into the northern Rockies with heavy precipitation and strong winds expected through Tuesday. Another storm system was tracking along the Gulf Coast and will cross the Florida Peninsula through Monday with occasionally heavy rain and thunderstorms. Some Internet Explorer Browsers have issues with WWA Map Interface for Point&Click:
      Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
