Temperatures began to warm through the 18th while mostly dry conditions lasted through the 16th. A new storm system began to approach the area on the 17th which led to some scattered showers across mainly southern and western Arkansas. A cold front moved across the state on the 18th with temperatures well above normal that day. Widespread rain and a few thunderstorms were noted throughout the day as well. What was most notable on the 18th was a uniform line of showers with a few thunderstorms that produced strong, non-severe wind gusts. Little Rock recorded one of the strongest wind gusts which peaked at 53 mph

Dry conditions returned for several days with above normal temperatures seen through the 25th. A dry cold front moved across the state on the 25th which brought falling temperatures and windy conditions in its wake. While a brief warmup occurred across much of the state on the 27th ahead of another storm system, cold air quickly returned and lingered through the end of the month. The last couple of days in November brought many locations their first freeze of the season, later than normal at many locations.
