FOR THE FIRST SEPTEMBER SINCE 2013, PINE BLUFF RECORDED AT TRIPLE-
DIGIT HIGH TEMPERATURE, WITH A READING OF 101 ON THE 1ST. THIS WAS 
THE HIGHEST READING DURING THE MONTH. FOR THE MONTH AS A WHOLE, 
TEMPERATURES WERE RIGHT AT TWO DEGREES ABOVE THE 1991-2020 MEAN, BUT 
NOWHERE NEAR THE TOP 10 WARMEST. 

RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE, THOUGH BY LESS THAN ONE INCH. MEASURABLE 
RAIN FELL ON THE 1ST, THEN IN THE LATTER HALF OF THE MONTH ON THE
