TEMPERATURES CONTINUED TO RUN ABOVE AVERAGE INTO OCTOBER. THERE WERE
ONLY A FEW DAYS IN THE THIRD AND THE FINAL WEEKS WITH COOLER THAN
AVERAGE TEMPERATURES, WHILE DAYS DURING MUCH OF THE MONTH RAN MOSTLY
BETWEEN 5-10 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE. FOR THE SECOND OCTOBER IN A ROW,
THERE WERE NO 90-DEGREE READINGS. THERE WERE NO TEMPERATURES COLDER
THAN 40 DEGREES FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FIVE YEARS.

RAINFALL WAS SLIGHTLY BELOW AVERAGE. HOWEVER, THERE WERE 10 DAYS WITH
MEASURABLE RAINFALL, WHICH WAS SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE FOR THE MONTH.

NO SNOW FELL DURING THE MONTH.
