WARMER THAN AVERAGE TEMPERATURES CONTINUED INTO NOVEMBER, THOUGH THE
DEPARTURE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN THE PREVIOUS FEW MONTHS.
DESPITE THAT, THIS WAS THE COOLEST NOVEMBER IN TWO YEARS. BY THE
DAILY AVERAGES, THE COLDEST PERIOD WAS IN THE FIRST WEEK. WARMER
PERIODS WERE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE REMAINDER OF THE MONTH. FOR
THE FIRST TIME IN THREE YEARS, THE FIRST FREEZE OF THE SEASON
OCCURRED IN NOVEMBER.

RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW. THE
MAJORITY OF THE RAIN THAT FELL OCCURRED IN A THREE DAY PERIOD DURING
THE SECOND WEEK OF THE MONTH.

NO SNOW FELL FOR THE 2ND NOVEMBER IN A ROW.

DESPITE BEING WARMER THAN THE 30-YEAR MEAN, THE AVERAGE HIGH, LOW
