JANUARY AT PINE BLUFF WAS SLIGHTLY BELOW AVERAGE IN TERMS OF
TEMPERATURES. THIS WAS LARGELY DUE TO AVERAGE LOWS, WHICH WERE MUCH
COLDER BY AVERAGE THAN HIGH TEMPERATURES.

THERE WERE 19 DAYS WITH LOW TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW FREEZING, WHICH
WAS THE MOST FOR THE MONTH SINCE 2018.

RAINFALL WAS NEARLY AN INCH AND THREE QUARTERS BELOW AVERAGE,
MARKING THE DRIEST JANUARY IN SIX YEARS.

FOR THE FOURTH JANUARY IN A ROW, SNOW FELL, BUT WAS NOT MEASURABLE.
