MONTH AS A WHOLE WAS NEARLY TWO DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE IN TERMS OF
TEMPERATURES.

THERE WERE 17 DAYS WITH LOW TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW FREEZING...
SLIGHTLY LESS THAN LAST FEBRUARY, BUT WELL ABOVE THE AVERAGE OF
NINE. THERE WERE FIVE DAYS WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES OF FREEZING OR

THIS WAS THE THIRD FEBRUARY IN A ROW WITH MEASURABLE SNOWFALL.

THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2019. THE AVERAGE
LOW AND MONTHLY TEMPERATURES WERE THE WARMEST SINCE 2020.
