A strong storm system will bring numerous to widespread severe thunderstorms across portions of the Midwest and Upper Great Lakes Tuesday. Tornadoes (a few strong), damaging winds and large hail are expected. Record high temperatures will be possible over southern Texas the next several days.       Set Zoom Level to be 100% in Internet Explorer, ie: ie-11.
      Or the user can press and hold the <CTRL-key> and hit zero, to get browser to 100% zoom level.
      use the CTRL and + keys to zoom in and the CTRL and - keys to zoom out. Refresh the page(F5)
      after zooming. You may also need to have the Compatibility View to be turned `ON`
