High Temperatures For The Week Ahead

Expect high temperatures to remain close to normal into the upcoming holiday weekend. Desert temperatures are expected to mainly top out in the low to mid 90s all week with Minor HeatRisk. Above normal temperatures could return as early as Memorial Day and into next week, with readings back above the 100 degree mark.

The environment will remain dry and favorable for fire development and daily afternoon breezy conditions can quickly lead to fires getting out of control. Please do your part and take steps to avoid creating a spark, especially in or near open desert.
