TREES WERE DOWNED ON 13 ROADS ACROSS THE COUNTY. LOWNDES 0 0 0 HEAVY RAIN RESULTED IN WISENBACKER ROAD SOUTH BEING CLOSED FROM WATER OVER THE ROADWAY.
