The combination of dry vegetation and a dry airmass across South Florida for the foreseeable future may result in additional wildfires across the region. Inland SW Florida, where relative humidity may reach critical levels each afternoon, will be especially vulnerable. Wind speeds will strengthen on Friday.

Dry conditions will continue through the remainder of the week. Highs in the low to mid 80s are expected across a majority of the region. Upper 80s are possible in the far SW FL.
