Areas of Excessive Rainfall and Severe Thunderstorms on Tuesday

Heavy to excessive rainfall is forecast over north Texas into Oklahoma Tuesday. Locally catastrophic flooding will be possible across portions of southwest Oklahoma. Flood Watches have been issued.
