Atmospheric River in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Rockies this Weekend

A Pacific storm and atmospheric river will impact the Pacific Northwest states and northern Rockies this weekend, bringing locally heavy low elevations rain and heavy high elevation snow in the mountains. Borden/Howard County Tornadoes June 5

A family of tornadoes struck the area around Lake J. B. Thomas Sunday evening. Four tornadoes developed from a supercell thunderstorm near the Borden and Howard County line north of Big Spring around 7 PM CDT.
