The National Weather Service in Memphis has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  A Levee Failure on the Cache River in...
  Northwestern Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 900 AM CST Tuesday.

* At 537 PM CST, the Poinsett County EMA reported a levee on the
  Cache River near Pitts, AR had been breached causing flooding of
  the immediate surrounding areas. The breach has grown to 50 yards
  and it expected to increase to over 300 yards. Sandbagging is
  ongoing in the area.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding from a levee failure.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of areas near the levee break.

* Locations affected include Pitts, Arkansas

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Flag Slough Ditch, Willow Ditch and Cache River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in low lying areas along the you should move to higher
ground immediately.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
