January 2019 ended up a little warmer and wetter at Jackson and London. Jackson was a little
over a 1/2 degree warmer while London was nearly 1 degree above normal. For precipitation,
Jackson was almost 2/3rds of an inch wetter while London finished January over an inch a 1/4 above
