It was a warm and wet winter across eastern Kentucky. The Jackson Weather Office finished

up winter 2017-18 1.5 degrees warmer and over an inch and a 1/2 wetter. This was mostly

in part to February. The London Corbin Airport closed up winter nearly a degree warmer and

over 1 3/4 inches wetter. February 2018 was a record setter. It was the wettest February ever

at Jackson and second warmest. At London, it was reversed, warmest February and 2nd wettest.
