Autumn 2021 saw dry conditions across eastern Kentucky. It was almost three and a half inches drier
than normal at Jackson while London was around two inches below normal. In fact, it was the 10th driest
fall at the Jackson Weather Office. Fall 2021 was a little warmer than normal. Jackson was almost one
degree above normal while London was only one tenth of a degree warmer.
November 2021 was cooler and much drier than normal across eastern Kentucky. Jackson averaged 45.6 degrees
which made November 2021 one and a half degrees cooler than normal. The London Corbin Airport finished
November 2021 with an average of 43.2 degrees which was three and a half degrees below normal. It was the 7th
coolest November at Jackson and the 14th coolest at London. Jackson was over two and a quarter inches below normal
while London was almost two inches drier. November 2021 was the 6th driest November at Jackson and the 9th
