Overview

A very early season winter storm brought 2 to 6 inches of snow to parts of southeast Minnesota through north-central Wisconsin on October 20. The snow moved into the region by mid to late morning, quickly spreading east through the day before diminishing by early evening. Roads became snow-covered and slippery, especially north of Interstate 90.
