A wintry mix of freezing drizzle and snow could develop starting late tonight, lingering into Monday morning.  If enough icing occurs, there could be some impacts to the Monday morning commute.

Late Tonight / Monday

  • What: A mix of freezing drizzle and snow. Light icing and possibility of 1-2" of new snow possible, especially across north central Wisconsin.
  • Where: All areas could see some light precipitation, but impacts might be worse across parts of central and northcentral Wisconsin.
  • Timing: Main precipitation time should be 3am - 9am Monday.
  • Impacts: Some roads could become snow covered. Light icing could occur on less traveled or untreated surfaces too. The Monday morning commute may be impacted.
  • ACTION: Anticipate slippery travel, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination on Monday.
