.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure will continue to cross the Great Lakes
today/tonight with rain showers spreading east with time through
this afternoon/evening. Those near Saginaw Bay likely to struggle to
see much in the way of meaningful rain amounts. Rain chances
decrease from west to east tonight, although shower chances will
linger (primarily east of I-75) through mid-late Saturday morning.
Northeast winds will become a touch breezier this afternoon,
becoming north tonight and remaining northerly Saturday. Humidity
levels will be lower Saturday than today, but still expected to
remain well above critical thresholds. Near-critical RHs are
expected to return across much of northern Michigan on Sunday.

.DISCUSSION...
Evening showers and storms are expected ahead of an areas of low
pressure moving east through the Southern Great Lakes. The chance for
precipitation this evening will be most concentrated for areas near
and south of I-96. We expect a dry Saturday and Sunday as high
pressure drifts through the region. It will be a bit cooler this
weekend in the wake of the low. Moisture return begins early next
week with shower and thunderstorm chances both Monday night and
Tuesday. There is a threat of severe weather, especially on Tuesday.
