Overview
On Sunday, January 21st, an area of low pressure moved out of the Central Plains and by Tuesday, January 23rd had moved through the lower peninsula of Michigan. Two air masses, one from the south, pushed warm air aloft, overrunning the cold air from the north, producing freezing rain, snow and sleet over portions of northern lower and eastern upper Michigan. |
