Back-to-back powerful Pacific storm systems to impact the Pacific Northwest and northern California through the end of this week with heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and higher elevation mountain snow. A strong, long-duration atmospheric river will accompany the Pacific storms, bringing excessive rainfall and flash flooding to southwest Oregon and northwest California through the week. Weather Spotter Training Opportunity in Seward

 

Join us on Monday January 9th at 5:30PM for a weather spotter training in Seward! This is an in-person training only; no virtual component. No registration necessary; please join us at the Seward Memorial Library in the Community Room at 5:30PM.

This will be a one-hour training session for anyone interested in volunteering to become a Weather Spotter, and to learn how to report weather observations during impactful events. This free class is open to all!
