Much needed moisture is on the way this weekend, especially across the eastern Panhandles where rainfall totals may exceed 1 inch. Not everyone will see heavy rain, but much of the area could receive about a couple tenths of an inch or better.
Precipitation chances are still looking good, especially overnight tonight. Don't be surprised if you start your Easter Sunday with showers and even some storms in the area. Activity should gradually end from west to east by Sunday afternoon.
Today is going to be quite cloudy and cool for April, with breezy northeast winds making it feel even colder. While most precipitation is expected to resume later tonight, some light showers or storms can't be ruled out before then.
