This is the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Both agencies agreed to work together to enhance research, application, and interpretation efforts by utilizing the unique meteorological and air quality modeling expertise of each other to protect the health of our citizens and the fragile ecosystems in the country, which are threatened by environmental pollution.
