March 30, 2026: Flooding, lightning, and breezy conditions are expected across Puerto Rico today. Periods of heavy rainfall may lead to ponding on roads and localized urban and small stream flooding, especially in southwestern Puerto Rico. Thunderstorms may produce dangerous lightning, and breezy winds may move loose objects. Residents should avoid flooded roads, seek shelter during thunderstorms, secure outdoor items, and monitor forecasts for changing conditions. | Se esperan inundaciones, rayos y condiciones ventosas hoy en Puerto Rico. Aguaceros pueden causar acumulación de agua e inundaciones urbanas y de riachuelos, especialmente en el suroeste. Las tormentas pueden producir rayos peligrosos y la brisa puede mover objetos sueltos. Se recomienda evitar carreteras inundadas, buscar refugio durante tormentas, asegurar objetos y mantenerse informado.

March 30: Rip current risk will increase to high tonight and persist through the week across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Dangerous currents can pull swimmers away from shore quickly. Beachgoers are urged to stay out of the water at high-risk beaches and use caution elsewhere. | El riesgo de corrientes marinas aumentará a alto esta noche y continuará durante la semana en Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes.
