GOES-19 imagery shows the plume moving westward across the tropical Atlantic, with arrival in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands expected this weekend. | Un nuevo pulso de polvo del Sahara viaja desde África hacia el Caribe. 🔻 Below-Average Rainfall: A 50% or greater probability of below-average rainfall is expected to persist through late August across the Caribbean region.
🌀 Tropical Cyclone Formation: At this time, tropical cyclone formation is not anticipated across the Atlantic or Caribbean region.
