Heat Advisory in Effect Today (10 AM–5 PM AST): A Heat Advisory is in effect today from 10 AM to 5 PM AST for highlighted areas of Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Hot and humid conditions may increase the risk of heat-related illnesses. Stay hydrated, take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning, avoid prolonged outdoor activities during peak heat, and check on older adults, children, and other vulnerable individuals. | Advertencia de Calor en Efecto Hoy (10 AM–5 PM AST): Una Advertencia de Calor está en efecto hoy de 10 AM a 5 PM AST para las áreas resaltadas de Puerto Rico, incluyendo Vieques y Culebra, y las Islas Vírgenes de los Estados Unidos.
