Aug 18L: A tropical wave will cross Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands today, while associated moisture will continue moving across the area into Wednesday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible, although organized thunderstorm activity remains limited at this time. Locally heavy rain, lightning, and gusty winds may occur with stronger activity, but widespread flooding is not expected. | Una onda tropical cruzará Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes Estadounidenses hoy, mientras la humedad asociada continuará moviéndose sobre el área hasta el miércoles.
