Monthly Climate Summary - March 2013

March 2013 had much below normal temperatures across the Missouri Ozarks and southeast Kansas. In fact, West Plains and Vichy were around 6.5 to 7 degrees below normal and ranked in the top 10 coldest March's on record. A large swath of the Missouri Ozarks had above normal precipitation for the month, however areas along the Missouri / Arkansas border had below normal precipitation for the month.
