NOAA Weather Radio Station KEC-65, serving Minneapolis-St. Paul and suburbs on a frequency of 162.55 MegaHertz, remains off the air due to a communications issue between Chanhassen and the radio tower.  Technicians continue to troubleshoot, but the restoration time is unknown.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  You may be able to hear neighboring NOAA Weather Radio Stations in the following areas:

1) Red Wing, which reaches much of Dakota, Washington, Pierce, and St Croix Counties, and some areas of Ramsey County.  The frequency is 162.450 MegaHertz.

2) Norwood Young America, which reaches much of Carver, Hennepin, Scott, and Wright Counties.  The frequency is 162.425 MegaHertz.

3) Clearwater, which reaches portions of Anoka and Hennepin Counties. The frequency is 162.500 MegaHertz.

4) Pine City, which reaches much of Chisago and Polk Counties, and some areas of Anoka and northern Washington Counties.  The frequency is 162.425 MegaHertz.

5) Menomonie, which reaches portions of Pierce, Polk, and St Croix Counties.  The frequency is 162.400 MegaHertz.
