Effective January 20, 2021, flood impact categories will change for the East Branch DuPage River at Bolingbrook, Illinois. These changes are the result of a review of flood impacts along the EB DuPage River and were collaborated with partner agencies and stakeholders.

Action Stage Minor Flood Stage Moderate Flood Stage Change from 21.0 feet to 22.0 feet Major Flood Stage
River forecasts for this location will be issued when the water level has reached, or is expected to reach, action stage. These changes were coordinated with representatives from DuPage County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, the Will County Emergency Management Agency, the village of Bolingbrook, the village of Woodridge, and the city of Naperville. |
