A RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURE OF 69 DEGREES WAS SET AT ROCKFORD IL ON DECEMBER 3 2012. THIS BROKE THE OLD RECORD OF 65 SET IN 1970. IN ADDITION...THIS BROKE THE DECEMBER RECORD HIGH OF 67 DEGREES... WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY SET ON DECEMBER 5 2001.
