Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible from the central Plains to the Northeast through this evening. Widespread damaging winds are the primary threat but hail and a tornado or two is also possible. Overview

A strong low pressure system tracked northeast through the Ohio Valley on Monday, March 27th, 2017 producing discrete storm cells and a line of storms during the late afternoon and evening hours. Numerous reports of wind damage and large hail resulted from these storms.
