Generally dry and hot conditions are expected for the 4th of July weekend with only low afternoon rain chances in the far southern counties and otherwise mostly sunny conditions. Daytime high temperatures will be in the lower to middle 90s.

Tonight will be mostly clear with overnight low temperatures generally in the lower 70s, except for a few upper 60s in the far north and northeast areas.
Saturday will be sunny in the morning and mostly sunny in the afternoon. The exception will be a slight chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms in the far south. Daytime high temperatures will be in the lower to middle 90s.
