High temperatures will be in the 40s/50s today & in the 40s for Thursday across Central Alabama. Look for a warming trend starting Friday. Rain showers linger today across the southeast half of the area. Drier, rain-free conditions are expected tonight through next Tuesday.
Today will be cloudy across Central Alabama with patchy morning fog. Also, rain showers will linger across the southeast counties. Daytime high temperatures will range from the lower 40s northwest to the upper 50s southeast. Winds will be generally from the west to northwest at 5 to 15 mph with gusts 20 to 25 mph at times.
Look for clouds to decrease tonight across Central Alabama. Overnight low temperatures will range from the lower 20s northwest to the lower 30s southeast. Winds will be out of the northwest to north at 5 to 10 mph with gusts 20 to 25 mph at times.
Thursday will be partly cloudy in the morning across Central Alabama with skies clearing becoming sunny during the afternoon. Daytime high temperatures will be in the 40s. Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph with gusts of 20 to 25 mph at times.
