What We Know: A cold front moves through Friday night with only light rain. A Gulf Low may develop on Saturday night in association with a second shortwave moving through. Low (20-40%) chance of snowfall of greater than ¼” in the south and east. Still In Question: Will the Gulf Low actually develop? How far east does any potential snowfall occur (Alabama vs. Georgia)? Adjustment may be needed based on if the low develops and the path that it may take. What Can You Do Now? Anticipate the possibility for travel impacts Saturday night into Sunday.
