Powerful Winter Storm from the Upper Midwest into the Northeast; Severe Thunderstorms in the Midwest and Ohio Valley

A rapidly-intensifying storm is expected to bring heavy snow, blizzard conditions, and icing from the Upper Midwest through the Great Lakes and Northeast. Madison County:

Numerous homes were damaged and several house trailers were destroyed by an F0 tornado which was on the ground for approximately 4 miles as it moved through Frankton. The path was approximately 100 yards wide and it's widest point. Trees and power lines were felled.
