National Weather Service NEW Radar Web Display

The National Weather Service has completed a major upgrade to its radar display website. The new display can be accessed at https://radar.weather.gov.

Here is some information that may help out with this transition or answer any questions you might have.

Main features/upgrades:

Individual radar sites are combined into one radar mosaic
New page is interactive (GIS-based) and zoomable
Additional (and some higher resolution) radar products, including Dual-Pol
Additional FAA Terminal Doppler radars
Adjustable transparency layers and backgrounds
Advisories, Watches, and Warnings overlaid
Clickable NWS forecast off of radar map
Same interface on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Option to focus on one radar site and check status of data
Downloadable imagery
New features will be added in time
