Seasonal weather is expected across Central Alabama through the weekend, featuring high temperatures in the low to mid 90s with muggy conditions, along with opportunities for afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures are forecast to rise into the dangerous category once again through the upcoming week.
Chances for showers and storms with best potential south and east. Highs from the upper 80s far southeast to the mid 90s northwest. Southeast winds 5-10 mph.
Mostly clear to partly cloudy skies with lows mainly in the the lower 70s.
