This webcam was purchased with NPS recreational fee funds and was installed by Kenai Fjords National Park with assistance from the State of Alaska DGGS. The camera transmits one image from the northern edge of the lake each day and provides a real time view of the Bear Glacier Dammed Lake (GDL).

Bear GDL is part of Kenai Fjords National Park and drains into Bear Glacier Lagoon.
