The System Documentation Section (SDS) evaluates all proposed changes for any impact to the technical documentation and provides the cost and time involved for these impacts. SDS develops, publishes, and directs the distribution of operations and maintenance technical manuals, associated changes, supplements, and new documentation as required. The Section develops, publishes, and directs the distribution of Combined Modification Documents in coordination with the agencies. The Documentation Section also updates all software specifications and Interface Control Documents maintained by the ROC and operates a secure vault for the storage of all of the above documentation.
