Winter Weather Moving Through the Northeast U.S.; Heavy Rain and Snow Impacting the Western U.S.

A winter storm will continue to bring areas of heavy snow and ice from the Great Lakes through New England today into tonight. Heavy to excessive rainfall will continue across much of coastal into central California today. Flash flooding and debris flows over recent wildfire burn scars are possible.
