Storm Moving through the Great Lakes; Tropical Storm Melissa Forms

A storm moving through the Great Lakes will bring scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms to the eastern U.S. today and the Northeast U.S. on Wednesday. Tropical Storm Melissa has formed over the central Caribbean Sea but significant uncertainty is present in the track and intensity forecast for the storm.
