An additional three to six inches of snow will fall over the northern Black Hills and Bear Lodge Mountains this afternoon and evening, where one to two feet of snow has already fallen. The rest of northeastern Wyoming and far western South Dakota will receive another inch from the storm, while two to four inches will fall over south central South Dakota. Snow will decrease tonight.

Strong wind gusts of 50 to 60 mph on the plains east of the Black Hills are causing poor visibility. Interstate 90 is closed from Spearfish to Rapid City.

Wind chill values will fall into the teens to 10 degrees below zero.
