Outlook for November 2021

The Climate Prediction Center's outlook for November indicates warmer than normal temperatures are likely for northeastern Wyoming, the Black Hills, and southwestern South Dakota. Northwestern South Dakota has equal chances of above, near, or below normal temperatures. Equal chances for above, near, or below normal precipitation are predicted for western South Dakota, while northeastern Wyoming has a better chance for above normal precipitation. The table below gives the normal high and low temperatures and precipitation for November across the area.
