Several rounds of thunderstorms moved through the region from Sunday afternoon into Sunday night. Several reports of wind damage and flooding were received, along with a few reports of large hail. A storm survey is also being conducted in Camden County for a possible tornado.

COMPLETED BY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE. FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

SUMMARY: AN ENHANCED AREA OF STRONG WINDS BEGAN CAUSING MINOR
TREE DAMAGE NORTH OF SUNSHINE STREET/STATE HWY D JUST EAST OF US
HWY 65. AS WINDS FLOWED DOWN TOWARD PEARSON CREEK AND INTO A
VALLEY...MORE SIGNIFICANT TREE DAMAGE OCCURRED BOTH NORTH AND
SOUTH OF SUNSHINE. SEVERAL HARDWOOD TREES WERE TOPPLED ALONG FARM
ROAD 148 AND ONE WAS SNAPPED CAUSING DAMAGE TO A RESIDENCE JUST
NORTH OF SUNSHINE. THE DAMAGE OCCURRED IN A FANNING OUT PATTERN
INDICATIVE OF A STRAIGHT LINE WIND EVENT.
