Monthly Climate OverviewJuly 2015 was one of the wettest July's on record across the Missouri Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas. Two of our climate stations were in the top 5 wettest July's and all four were in the top 20. Tropical-like moisture remained in place across the area for much of the month with upper level flow allowing for quite a few disturbances to move through the area. Many rounds of heavy rain occurred, which led to flash flooding.
