This weekend into next week, a series of atmospheric rivers will bring gusty winds, periods of heavy rain, and mountain snow to northern California and the Pacific Northwest. (Midnight Dec. 21) Dense Fog and Freezing Fog Advisories have been posted for the Blue Mountain Foothills of Washington and Oregon and the Kittitas Valley. Other areas may be included as fog is becoming more widespread.
