River rises up a foot forecast through Thursday due to combined precipitation runoff and melt. No river flooding is forecast.

Active weather pattern continues. Increasing flows into the Gulf of Maine primarily due to snowmelt and precipitation Saturday night-Tuesday as low pressure advances. Periodic easterly wind forecast at that time, which may approach 20-25 kt depending on the track of low pressure.
