.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 inch low is over the St Marys River tonight.
As this low spins over the Great Lakes region, it briefly deepens
to 29.3 inches Thursday before phasing with a deepening low of
near 29.2 inches over New England on Friday. Meanwhile, broad high
pressure over the western CONUS will extend 30.1 inch ridging
over western Lake Superior Friday into Saturday before high
pressure weakens as it shifts to the Southeast U.S. on Saturday.
Sunday, Lake Superior will be between high pressures of 30.1
inches over the Southeast and Canadian Prairie respectively, a low
pressure of 29.1 inches over the Canadian Maritimes, and a
developing 29.6 inch low over the Southern Plains. Monday, the
Southern Plains low will arrive in the Great Lakes at around 29.7
inches.
