Heavy Rain Threatens the Mid-Atlantic on Sunday While Fire Weather Conditions Worsen in the Southwest

Heavy rain is bringing a flash flood risk to parts of the Mid-Atlantic on Sunday. This activity will diminish overnight. On Monday, the focus shifts into the Plains and Mississippi Valley where severe thunderstorms and heavy rains will be possible through Tuesday.
