Heavy to Excessive Rainfall for the Southwest; Thunderstorms in Florida with Flooding Possible

Tropical moisture from Priscilla will bring a multi-day thunderstorm, widespread heavy rainfall and flash flooding event across the Southwest/Four Corners region.
