Widespread damaging winds are the primary threat but hail and a tornado or two is also possible. Narrative:  Two large factory buildings and a warehouse at the American Car and Foundry plant were destroyed in Jeffersonville, halting production of much-needed naval artillery.  Slight roof damage occurred at the corner of Walnut and Court Streets.  The damage was surveyed by the chief of the Louisville weather station, E.
