Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible from the central Plains to the Northeast through this evening. Widespread damaging winds are the primary threat but hail and a tornado or two is also possible. Notes: The tornado developed in a subdivision in Goshen and traveled to the east northeast. Numerous trees were snapped or uprooted. A couple of houses and two church buildings sustained roof damage. Power lines and power poles were downed.
